2. Bring the milk to a boil, slowly pour it into the egg yolk liquid, and keep stirring while pouring to mix well. The milk must be poured slowly, a little bit, otherwise the custard may turn into egg drop soup.
3. Boil on a low heat for about 2 minutes, stir in circular motions while cooking, and then turn off the heat when it is cooked until it is thick. Set aside to cool down after cooking.
4. While the custard is cooling down, beat the fresh cream over ice water with a whisk to 2 times its original volume.
5. Peel and cut the mango into a blender, squeeze the juice of half a lemon, and beat the puree together.
6. Pour the whipped cream into the cooled custard and mix well, then pour in the mango puree, and stir well.
7. Pour into the container and put it in the refrigerator to freeze, after freezing for 3 hours. Take out and stir once every half an hour, so that there is no ice residue, stir 2 to 3 times.

2. After the ice cream is frozen, it cannot be completely melted and then frozen, otherwise there will be small ice residues when you eat it. The same applies to the ice cream you buy.
Cream ice cream
Ingredients: 200ml cream, appropriate amount of sugar, 2 egg whites, 1 egg yolk or vanilla extract of various jams.
1. Add 1 spoonful of sugar to the whipped cream, stir well and set aside.
2. Take another large bowl, add egg whites, stir well until foaming, add appropriate amount of sugar, and continue stirring.
3. Add egg yolk to the well-stirred egg white, mix well, add vanilla extract and stir again.
4. After stirring, put it in the whipped cream bowl and continue stirring. If you don't like egg ice cream, you can directly add your favorite jam to the fresh cream and mix it evenly.
6.Put the mixed food in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator and freeze it, and you can eat it after about 2-3 hours. If it is taken out and stirred 2-3 times during freezing, it will taste better.
